All orders made via the website are subject to acceptance by Partyz in a Box.
5 Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with any item you purchase from us, we will provide you with a full refund or a replacement product if you prefer at your request.
6 Cancellation
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, all customers of Partyz in a Box have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of the date the order is placed or within 7 days of the date that the goods are received (whichever is the later).
Any customer who wishes to cancel an order should notify us as soon as possible using the contact details set out below. Where goods have been despatched, all products should be returned unused and in their original packaging together with customer contact details and the original order number. Once all goods have been received by us, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.
7 Claims for Non-Delivery
Any claims for non-delivery of products must be received by Partyz in a Box within 28 days of the date the order is placed.
8 Product Safety
Partyz in a Box cannot accept liability for failure to comply with instructions or warnings specifically stated on this website or on product packaging. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this statement.
Partyz in a Box's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Partyz in a Box to the customer.
Partyz in a Box shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

These Terms and Conditions and all transactions entered into with Partyz in a Box Limited shall be governed by English law.
